Water Filtration Pitcher
I’m looking for a good water filtration system that produces good tasting healthy water.
It can be faucet,pitcher,or under the sink,i don’t care (but tell me)
I don’t want to be changing filters like every month so something that will last me a long time.
If you can provide me a link!
will like a brita or pur filtration pitcher work i cant get one that goes over the faucet because of the facet that i have
Help! I have hypothyroidism, and have been researching the fact that it can be caused by fluoride. I grew up in a city that has a heavy fluoride level in the tap water, and I’ve recently moved back there. I am very concerned that this is going to make my daily life worse by making my hypothyroidism worse…I’ve already noticed I don’t feel right, but the doctors have their pieces of paper that say I should be fine. The more research I do, the more I find and fluoride is something I need to remove from my water! Britta pitchers do not filter fluoride!!!! I live in an apartment, and do not have thousands to spend on a fancy filtration device, any suggestions?

We have a 10 gallon tank and tried using our tap water, which is well water. We do have a filtration system but still have high iron levels. We lost all but one goldfish. The other day he looked like he was on his last leg, so I took it out of the tank and put it into a little bowl filled with water that was filtered through a Brita pitcher. He’s doing MUCH better.
I’m wondering what kind of water I should buy at Walmart so that I don’t have to filter 10 gallons through my Brita pitcher.
Any suggestions?

Went to the hardware store today to look at different water filters. I wanted something better than a Britta pitcher, so I was looking at different water filtration system by GE.
There’s a standard 2-stage filter kit (it has two filters) which goes in-line with your cold water. 9
And there’s a 2-stage filter kit with reverse osmosis. 9.
Question is, what’s the difference between the two and is it worth the 0 price difference?
I assume where I live is relevant. So it would be used in Seattle water. Which our water company test our systems (not sure for what) 3 times a day. Better than some water bottling companies.
If our town is under a boil water notice, but I use a Brita filtration pitcher, do I still need to boil my water or is it safe to drink straight out of the Brita?
